Jeff’s previous experience includes over fifteen years in financial services, including holding senior executive positions at JPMorgan Chase, Countrywide, and Deloitte Consulting, as well as Head of a $3 Billion Retail Bank; his banking career started when he joined M&T Bank as an Executive Associate, where he was part of a core management team responsible for the turnaround and profitable sale of a critically underperforming line of business. The bulk of his experience has been in “turning around” struggling and underperforming organizations.

Prior to his career in corporate America, Jeff had early career success while serving his country, first as an Intelligence Collection Officer in the United States Air Force, and then as a member of an overseas intelligence site while working for the National Security Agency (NSA), where he focused on providing strategic decision support to decision makers in Washington, D.C. on matters of political, economic and military importance.

Jeff earned a BS in Business Management, magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland, University College, and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), with a concentration in Finance.
