Randy is a 22-year veteran of the banking industry with broad experience in residential and wholesale lending, marketing and sales.

After launching his investment and mortgage banking career at institutions such as Southeast Bank, Prudential Home Mortgage and PMI Insurance Company, Randy joined Bank One as the company’s National Production Manager of wholesale, correspondent and home equity lending. He then joined Morgan Stanley as Executive Director and National Production Manager for Morgan Stanley’s residential mortgage business. Randy was part of the five member team that launched Morgan Stanley's very successful whole-loan residential mortgage strategy.

In 2005,Randy was appointed Managing Director for all wholesale and correspondent lending at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). After RBC mortgage was acquired by New Century Financial, Randy joined Countrywide Bank as National Business Manager for the company’s reverse mortgage wholesale business and also led Countrywide Bank’s Southeast wholesale lending division. For the last two years, Randy has been in the distressed asset acquisition and disposition business, running his own private equity firm called Rescue Holdings.
